I just overcame a fear! (First let me say, I love the energy of holidays & felt it soooooo beautifully this year, but I did a thing!) Sounds crazy to say but one of my fears was spending a “major” holiday alone. Over the past few years I’ve been breaking free from traditions and building foundation to adapt my own. Usually I say I don’t feel right about celebrating because I haven’t addressed certain sh*t, but I still bend my feelings to please others OR mask it with an elaborate vacation to please myself and not break something I don’t believe in! I was scurred! This year tho! Omg I sat with myself… danced, listened to music, expressed through multiple outlets for art, of course I laughed /enjoyed family over FaceTime 💜, and released a lot! Took that reset and it felt amazing! Now I vow to share love daily as I feel instead of forcing it for one day! Lol I think my dad was mad but he will get over it! ⚠️ This reset allowed space and time to get to the root of why holidays triggered crazy feelings for me and now wow! Ready to start enjoying days but without those attachments! VOICE & WORDzs: 🪶By the way bklynstyl (Thank You For The Gift of Words and expression… I received it brudda) 🪶 #Reset #Overshare #Holiday #Healing #energyupdate #energyhealing #manifest #manifestinggenerator #Blessed #Ididit #ididitmyway #FYP #WCWM #Nola #loveandlight #homealone #diy #painting #waxingcrescent #sacred #taino #painttherapy #energytransfer while the rest of the world was with family and loving and smiling, I used that energy to smile and release 💜💜💜💜
