JUST BREATHE:::: This AM A feeling of frustration came through as I tried to suppress a side of me that is clearly wanting to be released. Mental note of the AM : You can be vulnerable/ transparent and still be powerful. You can have that gentle heart, but still be solid at ur core. Embrace both… embrace it all. I love my soft side! But I’m still gangsta. I still challenge for perfection and as im learning myself… noticing it’s only because I had to while growing up or I wasn’t accepted.( peep this, the mfs I was hoping to be accepted by wasn’t even perfect 😳… so it was my mental phuckin me up) At the end of this video I was heated I couldn’t land the perfect handstand and finally knew when to stop. #BeAware #JeSuisMoi #transparency #manigen #virgo #manifestinggenerator #taino #native #concha #nola #creole #iameverything #energy #frustrated #focused #justbreathe #walkthatwalk #lgbtq #locs #locjourney #failures #asmr #stretching #quartz #clearquartz #clarity #concrete #noflitter #nofilter #natural freetheroots
