We are happy to support the opening of #ThroughFireandThunder pioneerworks, a group photography exhibition featuring works from the inaugural google #ImageEquityFellowship, in partnership with aperturefnd creativetheoryagency forfreedoms + freethework

This Fellowship invests in the next generation of image-makers of color—and the expansion of a more representative creative industry—by awarding 20 U.S.-based Fellows with $20K in unrestricted funds, intimate mentorship and dedicated workshops with industry experts.

Each Fellow has created a photo-centric project sharing urgent, untold stories of their communities with nuance and dignity. These images explore notions of identity, belonging, movement and memory, coming of age and home.
