## Caption

Washington Square Arch: Though the #washingtonsquarearch was originally built in 1892 to celebrate the centennial of George Washington’s presidential inauguration, today it has grown to represent so much more - part of the city and yet part of our school, this popular landmark truly symbolizes the spirit that makes our campus unique. Appropriately enough, this monument also acts as NYU’s very own gym, so finish your #poketournyu with a stop here to claim the arch and make NYU your own! #instanyu #pokemongo
