Paprika breaded beans and a spicy romesco - the third of the breaded beans family, but now an absolute summer favorite. 

Romesco is (imho) the queen of all sauces - tomatoey and smokey and peppery all in one, and with tomato season and pepper season right around the corner, I’ll be making this like a crazy person 😈

Depending on your verve for sauce (I have a high sauce-verve level), this might make more romesco than you need. But put it on fish, avocado toast or salads - consider it you gateway romesco!
