## Caption

At PetSmart, we believe in unconditional love and stand with the LGBTQ+ community. ❤️
Larkin joined the PetSmart team four years ago, following in his mom’s footsteps, Rebekah who works at another PetSmart as a store leader. He has a passion for pets and people which made him a great fit. Larkin began his gender transition prior to working at PetSmart. His district leader, Kevin reached out to Rebekah to learn how to be an ally. “From my first day I felt welcomed and have never looked back,” His mom, Rebekah is an ally to all when Larkin came out, she said, “I promised to create a safe space in the world and my store for associates and pet parents to be their authentic self.” 🏳️‍⚧️ #HeartofPetSmart #LifeAtPetSmart
