## Caption

Apple’s working on a top secret wellness project, codenamed Quartz.

Quartz is an AI health coach that sits on top of your Apple Health data.

The goal is for Quartz to proactively read your health data and create personalized coaching plans across fitness, nutrition, and sleep.

This gives more power and insight back to the user in real-time.

Will this type of product work? Is Apple chasing after a bigger prize?
