I guess that plum getting eaten!!!! It’s been too long since we’ve done a #CookingBaesics, so alexhshapiro and I are going to be baking the Plum Crumb Bars from my book LIVE with y’all on Wednesday, June 30 at 6pm ET. 4 cups all-purpose flour
1½ cups granulated sugar
¼ cup light brown sugar
⅓ cup raw pistachios
1½ teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 sticks cold unsalted butter
3 large eggs
2½ pounds (about 12 medium) plums
¼ cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
