Fish, fish, bish. (I’m ready to have the discussion that tuna salad belongs exclusively on cinnamon raisin bagels. However, I also won’t be accepting any criticism at this time. Validation only please!!!)

Tuna Salad
2 6-ounce cans tuna, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons minced celery leaves
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon each black peppercorns, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds, toasted and coarsely ground
3 celery stalks, minced
Kosher salt, to taste

Mix until incorporated.
