Morning everyone! Time is on my side today, because it’s SUNDAY!! So before the kids even wake up, I’ve got time to go for a long run, well, long-ish run, ok jog - and then soak my aching muscles in perfect stillness in a long hot salty bath. Honestly, this is my favourite way to start a Sunday.

And frankly, I need it today, because I thought I was coping with lockdown 3 pretty well, but for the last two days in a row I’ve discovered half way through the day that I’ve put my knickers on backwards!! I mean how?! 😂 I definitely need a break!

I’m also hosting colourfiedhomes today. So if you want the chance to win a £70 voucher for life_inprint then tag us with #colourfiedhomes in your colourful Before & After transformations, follow the hosts and the prize giver - and I’ll pick my favourite this evening!

Have a fab day everyone!
