COCO’S BEDROOM REVEAL - PART 1
.
Morning everyone! Coco’s room is finally finished! Swipe for the more colourful BEFORE photo and before that it was just plain white. I’ll have to gradually show it to you in sections, because these angled attic walls make it hard to photograph the whole thing at once. Her brief to me was - simple, fresh, warm and welcoming, in pink, peach, grey and white, plus she added a panda theme at the last minute for the styling! She was also adamant about no murals, no patterns and none of the products I design for my brand! 😂
.
.
Even though it’s so simple, there’s nothing humdrum about it. In fact, it’s difficult to convey how gorgeous it feels in here with these beautiful colours - it’s literally sweetness and light, like being enveloped by a delicious gourmet fluffy mousse. A big thank you to craigandrosepaints who #gifted me all the paint!
.
.
In other news, we’re back to isolation and home schooling for 10 days, because we just got notification that we were in close contact with a confirmed Covid case during Coco’s recent fashion shoot. Sooooo frustrating!! Show me the booze! 😂 At least it’s the weekend, so although Summer is no longer a memory with this fabulous heatwave, we can eat, drink and nap (which I really need after all the hard work of decorating Coco’s room!) and have some lovely quality family time again - mainly in Coco’s room, because I can’t get enough of it! 🤣
.
.
I’m also hosting #colourfiedhomes colourfiedhomes today, so get tagging and sharing your own colourful Before & After shots - I can’t wait to get scrolling! Just remember to follow all the hosts and our September prizegiver creativecables.uk if you want to be in with a chance of winning.
