Morning everyone! So sorry I’ve been absent for a while - I promised the kids I’d spend more dedicated time with them during August and especially their last week before finally going back to School (tomorrow!) - I needed to make sure I really saw the ‘whole of the moon’ with them for these last few weeks of lockdown. Do you know what I mean? So with work hotting up and loads to get ready, Instagram had to take a back seat.
.
That’s apart from Stories - where some of you will have seen me upcycling this kitchen table. It’s gone from the varnished pine you can see peeping out from under the tablecloth here - to black marble! You can see the whole process in my Stories Highlights, but I can’t post the final shot in situ yet, because the light fitting fell out of the ceiling last week, missing me by a split second as I walked under it, smashing the glass lampshade on the floor. I haven’t been able to buy a new one yet. So here is a last look at the kitchen as it was - watch out for the new look coming soon!

In other news, our August winner for #colourfiedhomes colourfiedhomes is the fabulous too_many_cushions, with her incredible kitchen! Congratulations Jay for winning the gorgeous kittymccall prints! Our September prizegiver is creativecables.uk, so keep playing along this month with your fantastic Before & After colour transformations!
