Morning everyone! Something amazing has happened and I NEED YOUR HELP! Loads of people on here - and indeed lots of other people for years - have said I should write a book about my life. Now, I’ve always thought I might pop something in a Word doc one day for my kids, really to show them that when one door closes, another opens. But amazingly, through some convoluted circumstance, a literary agent heard about some of my shenanigans and approached me to write my memoirs!! It seems like such a crazy thing to do, but a publisher is potentially interested! However, in these difficult times they need some more confidence that it would actually sell.

This is the story of a woman’s roller coaster journey through two cults and a Coercive Controlling relationship that nearly destroyed her. How she escaped them all, lost everything and ultimately rebuilt her life as a single parent, while forging a successful creative business. Via …. A girl band, a number 1 album and lots of funny stories. A lesson in why it is vital we educate our young girls to deeply value themselves, to trust their own instincts and to recognise the warning signs of coercive control and abuse.
