Morning everyone! I actually drove to Wales with 4 kids yesterday to stay with my friend for the week and indulge in a little self care - and it is sooooo lovely!! Word has it that it’s been a bit cloudy in London, but it’s glorious blue skies here - unusual for Wales to be sunnier than London! I’m putting a few pictures up on my Stories - where you can see my friend’s truly glorious freshwater swimming pool - life goals right there!
.
.
I intended to take a load of new pictures of the flat before I left, so I could keep posting interesting things while I’m here, but of course I ran out of time, so this is about it, I’m afraid. As you can see, I’ve finally succumbed to insta nonsense, by popping a plant on my loo seat! I mean, there’s a place for everything, but does anyone really keep plants on their loo seats?! 😂 It’s my version of a Sunday shelfie - Perhaps a Sunday loofie?!
.
.
In fact, the purpose of this picture is purely to show you the utter joy of my new yellow loo bin, a little sweet treat, which I was gobsmacked to see exactly matched my mustard leaves! I was going to say, that now my kids are older (10 and 13) it’s the only place I can get any quiet time, but actually, they still call, “Muuuuuum” the moment I sit on the loo! How old do kids actually have to be, before you can go in peace?!
.
.
Happy peaceful sunny Sunday everyone!
