Good morning everyone! I’m delighted and honoured to tell you that I have joined the wonderful new charity, designhavensforheroes, founded by the lovely francescarowanplowden to help our NHS heroes by providing room makeovers to create a haven for them in their own homes. And I’m delighted that the fantastic thetvcarpenter, Wayne Perry, will be joining us too (swipe)! As so many of us have had the time to decorate and be creative while in lockdown, this is a chance to do the same for these incredible people who have had to leave their homes every day to fight this virus and save lives. .
.
Can you help? Are you a brand willing to supply items for these projects? Do you know an NHS worker who is in major need of a haven in their home to retreat to? If so, please message designhavensforheroes - and follow and share their account if you can! .
.
I’ve tagged some of the other amazing people involved so far - but it’s impossible to tag everyone! .
.
This is one of the gorgeous pictures taken by the fab photographer jamesbalston for obsmagazine last month. And today, I’m painting a NEW MURAL in my loo! Follow along on stories for progress shots! .
