Morning everyone!! I made a pact with myself not to do any more decorating until I had tackled the hardest cupboard clear-outs in the flat, because after all what’s lockdown for, if not to sort out cupboards we’ve been avoiding for months! 😂 So I finally finished the big kitchen cupboards yesterday, having got my drill out and rebuilt the shelves with some fabulous additional pull-out baskets! Sooo satisfying! Will aim to get a pic of them today. .
.
Anyway, this is a repeat picture of the bathroom I’m afraid (due to above cupboard reconstruction taking some time!), but I’m showing it to you, because today, I seriously have to get a wiggle on and finally start the mural in the loo, which you can see at the top of the stairs through the open door. I can’t WAIT to get creative again! .
.
In the meantime I’m just incredibly grateful for so much at the moment - .
> the fact that we have an amazing NHS.
.
> the wonderful, creative, supportive, imaginative community on here.
.
> the fact that we are in lockdown in this flat with the huge garden and woodland behind it, rather than our old tiny dark flat. .
.
> my truly amazing kids, who are being wonderful.
.
> and finally, the existence of faux plants, because frankly, life would be much duller and harder without them!
.
