Hello everyone! A huge welcome to all my new wonderful followers, who flooded in over the weekend after thebeigeblues posted an interview and feature on me - thank you SO MUCH Michelle! It even pushed me over the 10k mark! WOW!! And thank you, all of you, for your incredible comments. It was a humbling blush-fest on my part. In fact, the response was so overwhelming, that while I was trying to say thank you to everyone individually, I got blocked by Instagram for over-engaging! 😂 It turns out I had done too many likes and comments too fast within the space of an hour and/or 24 hours. Who knew there were limits?! I got released yesterday lunch time. So ... so that I don’t get blocked again, I have to start re-engaging really slowly. So apologies if I haven’t replied to your comments yet - I WILL eventually get there! .

Back to interiors - being blocked from insta actually freed up my time and so I finally painted the duck egg blue above the picture rail in my living room! It feels like another breath of fresh air after being weighed down by the deep clay colour (swipe to see the before). I also often work in here in the afternoons (it gets gorgeous afternoon light), so it’s really important that it feels right. .

This blue also brings all the other colours together and my green coffee table top looks so fresh with it! As prompted by storyofmyhome (I think?!), I have attempted a flat lay on the coffee table (first one ever), but it turns out I’m rubbish at them - so it’s hidden behind the swipe 😂
