Stop the Press! My boy, my beautiful Taurean bull, is coming home today, after a week away skiing with his school! We have missed him. But I have a confession. I’ve been showing the beautiful pictures of his ‘finished’ room, but there’s one wall at the back that I haven’t finished - and where I hide all the clutter when I take the pictures 😂 I promised Zach I’d finish it by the time he got back, but I have entirely failed. Help! Hopefully he’ll be too exhausted to notice?! .
.
Anyway, this is an early picture I took when I was trying out an idea in his room. It was just a quick and simple unstyled snap - under electric light - on my phone, but there’s something ethereal about it that I love. So the original plan had been to have plants hanging from his ceiling the length of the room. It took ages to construct and this is the only picture I have - of a bit of it! And although it looked cool in one way, it just didn’t quite work, so I took it all down again 😫. I think it COULD work, but it would have to be in another type of room. Sometimes you just have to kill your most cherished ideas. Sob sob! Has anyone else had to do the same? .
