Colour lovers unite! Thrilled with this lovely picture of our Breaking Dawn in pink lamp, taken by The Sunday Times of the bedroom sophierobinsoninteriors has designed for her mum. Seen here with a gorgeous blue velvet bed by buttonandsprung and crisp new stripy bed linen by Sophie for secretlinenstore.

In fact, the colours in this picture are remarkably similar to where we were yesterday with my sister and the kids - on a rocky outcrop in Cap d’Antibe where we suddenly seemed to end up in the middle of an episode of Love Island with lots of beautiful young people in hot pink trunks and bikinis diving into crystal clear blue water. Me and my sister strode in with middle aged mum pride nonetheless and had a great time with the kids. In fact, egged on by my son, I joined in with the ‘beautiful young things’ And was jumping off increasingly high rocks with the kids into the sea. Once my 8 year old daughter had done it I had no excuses left!
