kaiseki_yuzu July menu is stellar featuring a culinary journey for the taste buds! 

My favorites included:

Cold Ibonoito somen noodles
topped with Hokkaido uni, Hokkaido zuwai crab, ikura and caviar
and scallop jelly sauce

Seared belt fish, surf clam, mountain yam and Naruto wakame
topped with tosa vinegar and plum sauce
