## Caption

In life, our souls bear wounds just as our bodies do. When we’re physically hurt, we turn to medicines and bandages to aid our recovery. 

Similarly, when our souls ache from life’s trials, we can turn to Jesus Christ to find a remedy for our hurt. His love is a balm for the wounded soul.

Jacob 2:8 beautifully captures this truth: “Hear the pleasing word of God, yea, the word which healeth the wounded soul.” His word is not just comforting; it’s healing. It soothes the deepest wounds and restores us to wholeness.
