As children of our Heavenly Father, we are meant to experience joy in our lives. Joy isn’t just a destination; it’s at the very core of our existence. Lehi testifies of this in 2 Nephi 2:25 where he says, “Adam fell that men might be; and men are, that the might have joy.”

Take a moment to ponder: What brings you joy?

It could be the warmth of a sunrise, the laughter of loved ones, or the satisfaction of making progress toward your goals. Yes, you heard it right—progress itself can be a source of immense joy!

Our Heavenly Father wants us to live joyfully, to find happiness in the little things, and to savor every moment of this beautiful gift called life. Make an effort today to embrace joy in all its forms, knowing that it’s not just an emotion but a way of living!
