1) Alergia a ovo é hereditária?
Mito. Toda alergia alimentar existe um componente genético, mas não é o único determinante para ela acontecer.

2) Quem tem alergia a ovo não pode tomar vacina da gripe?
Mito. Algumas vacinas como as da gripe, da febre amarela e algumas outras possuem uma pequena quantidade de proteína do ovo em sua composição. Porém, a grande maioria das pessoas alérgicas a ovos não apresentam reação alérgica a essas vacinas.

3) Quem tem alergia a ovo não pode fazer botox?
Verdade. Algumas marcas da toxina botulínica possuem albumina em sua composição e elas podem causar reações alérgicas graves em pessoas alérgicas a ovo. A não ser que você tenha 100% de certeza da composição e esteja fazendo o procedimento com um profissional extremamente confiável, não vale a pena arriscar.

Truth. Some brands of botulinum toxin have albumin in their composition and they can cause severe allergic reactions in people allergic to eggs. Unless you are 100% sure of the composition and are doing the procedure with an extremely reliable professional, it's not worth taking the risk.
