🇺🇸 When I was in culinary school, whenever I got the chance, I worked as a volunteer at the green house. And I loved that place! 😍
I learned a lot working there with one of my Chefs chefmarkbedzik, whom I miss a lot, by the way! 👨🍳
I thought it was a luxury to be able to step out of the "classroom" and pick some fresh herb to use in the dishes I was making. And since then, having my own organic garden at home has become one of my "bougie" dreams in this life, because growing our own food is very fun, and it's guaranteed food quality on our table! It will certainly be my first item of my list as soon as I... as my mother would say ... "finally settle down in one place" after traveling a little bit more around this world! 🙈
How about you... would you also like to have an organic garden at home? Tell me in the comments and if you already have yours, send me a photo so I can innocently envy you a little bit! 😅
