Essa é a minha mãe e essa foi nossa última foto juntas, no final de 2016. Quem assistiu o vídeo que postei falando um pouquinho sobre mim e sobre o porquê de ter escolhido a gastronomia inclusiva como caminho sabe que tem a ver com a perda dela no final de 2017.
Se hoje sou uma mulher da qual me orgulho ser é porque fui criada por essa mulher forte, independente, inteligente e guerreira que até depois de partir me ensinou uma lição muito importante que mudou minha vida e minha carreira para muito melhor.
Minha saudade hoje e só não é maior que o amor e a gratidão eterna que sinto por ela, minha primeira professora, minha primeira chef de cozinha, minha primeira amiga, minha mãe! 👩‍👧😍

This is my mother and this was our last picture together, at the end of 2016. Anyone who watched the video I posted talking a little about myself and why I chose inclusive gastronomy as a path knows that it has to do with the loss her at the end of 2017.
If today I am a woman I am proud to be, it is because I was raised by this warrior, strong, independent, and smart woman, who even after her finalgoodbye taught me a very important lesson that changed my life and my career for the better.
My longing today and always is no greater than the love and eternal gratitude I feel for her, my first teacher, my first chef, my first friend, my mom! 👩‍👧😍
