## Caption

An evening of good company and thoughtful conversation.

LAAC members recently gathered for From Perfectionism to Joy: The Way Out is Inward, an intimate conversation with Dr. Supatra Tovar, author of Deprogram Diet Culture, exploring perfectionism, our relationship with food, and the pursuit of a more joyful way forward.

Thank you to Dr. Tovar and our members who joined us for a thoughtful evening of conversation and connection.
