That’s the spooky science of #Oobleck, a non-Newtonian fluid. Non-Newtonian fluids can act like a solid when you apply force and flow like a liquid when you let go. And tonic water is UV-reactive, so it glows under the black light. Ready to try it?  All you need: 🌽 2 cups cornstarch 💚 1 cup tonic water (P.S.
