Last week, we hosted the inaugural #BXCareerPathways Summit, an event where portfolio companies, nonprofit partners and Blackstone employees came together to discuss how to better recruit, develop and advance diverse and historically underrepresented talent. Event highlights include an announcement by the Blackstone Charitable Foundation, committing $3M over three years to support yearup’s mission, and Global Head of Private Equity Joe Baratta sharing a plan to expand Career Pathways to 20 portfolio companies by year end.
