They represented our Team Member Resource Groups at the first-ever Red Cross Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit in Washington, D.C.

Resource groups are communities for all employees and volunteers to express themselves while contributing to our mission. Each group hosts events, sponsors mentorship programs, and provides a variety of ways for people to connect each month.
