😩I woke up at 2am and couldn't stop crying. Deep cries. Try not to wake the neighbor cries. This went on for several hours until my eyes were almost swollen shut. Sadness hits different at that hour..can't go out and take a walk or blast music, so this morning I made sure to force myself (that discipline vs. motivation) to do something that brings peace to my body and soul...dance. My eyes are still swollen, but at least my heart is lighter today 😊 .
