Yesterday evening I had the privilege of leading my first lesson as #ZuluNation s new #MOI (Minister of Information). In almost all the meetings I've attended over the past years, I've been the only woman and I want that to change so I felt it was important to have a conversation around what it means for the men in the group to be allies and make sure the space will be safe and comfortable for women. We tackled a lot in breaking down toxic masculinity during the hour. This video is a recap.
