## Caption

The highs be so high so the lows come hard.
I smile so big but nobody knows I'm hurt by these scars.
I took a walk in the park.
The one they call Golden Gate.
On my lunch break, just trying to get my mind straight.
So I took off my shoes,
Felt my feet on the earth.
Opened a prayer to the sky
To rid me of the hurt.
Danced to a favorite song
Not carin' who is walking along.
I do what I want when I feel it.
It might look funny to you, but for me this is healing 🌱
