Art of Rhyme - Week 2 🎤
I did an activity with my students that I call "Rhyme Rotation." I put up 5 giant sticky notes around the room with a word on each one and split students up in groups. They have a few minutes to write as many words, places, or names they can think of that rhyme with the word before going to the next station. At the end, they come back to their original word and craft a 4 bar rap together. .
.
.
I love this activity because it works for all ages. I did it with my middle schoolers today but have also done it in high schools and college workshops... and it's just as fun!
