Welcome back to 𝓡𝓮𝓭 𝓕𝓸𝔁 𝓕𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓮𝓼 🦊

With the start of the new academic year, we are so excited to be back making content for you all! For those who do not know, Red Fox Features is a student-run initiative that highlights members of the Marist community by sharing their stories directly from the students themselves. We use personal anecdotes and candid pictures to help spread the word about unique Marist students, and we strive to promote connection between peers.

With a new semester upon us, we would like to introduce our new Red Fox Feature Journalist, Erin Holton! Erin is a Sophomore that studies Communication with a focus in Journalism. Not only is she the newest writer on our team, but she is also a member of the Enharmonics, the co-ed a capella group on campus, and a proud member of Marist Theater. With this new position, she is looking forward to enhancing her skills as a writer and bringing the Marist community closer together.

“Telling people's stories is something that I have always really enjoyed. My application essay for Marist was about how much I love telling stories! Now that I have the chance to be able to go out there and see the different types of people that are on campus, I have the urge to share their stories for everyone to hear. Having the opportunity to share these stories on a bigger platform gives us the potential to bring people closer together, and I love that. There's been a lot of things that forced people apart, and it's nice for the campus to have a space for connection; that's what Red Fox Features strives for. I'm so stoked to be a part of it!”

All of us on the Red Fox Features team are excited to get back to sharing the important stories of the students who make up this community! Keep an eye out for new #RedFoxFeature🦊 posts starting next week!

Your Red Fox Features Team,
Matthew Moraski ’23 and Erin Holton ‘25
