Roasted peaches are a hugelyy underrated summer treat! Slice ripe (but not mushy!) fresh peaches & toss with a little cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, & vanilla bean paste and bake until extra sweet & juicy 🥹🍑 I’ve been making them for 6+ years and I hope they become a summer staple for you too! 🥳 Highly recommend making them to top my Peach Crisp Yogurt Bowls or Peach Cheesecake!
