## Caption

Over the past month i have had some health issues. It has kept me out of gym and affected my motivation. The struggle as been real! But Strength Will Overcome Limitations Everytime. I cannot tell you how grateful i am to be back to normal. Now to get back into gym and continue to chase my goals.
