Sometimes i get despondent, tired, moody and antisocial BUT no matter how i feel i have a goal! I know what i need to do and if it was easy everyone would do it. 
I have my own challenges to overcome and i learn about myself daily. Growth only happens when faced with adversity and how you overcome this is what defines you.

What doesn't challenge you doesn't change you!
