Hey Tired Mom - I know it’s difficult raising a child/children. Each day is unpredictable, you had 3 hours of sleep, your house is a mess, you’re second guessing your decisions and your abilities, but you will find your flow and your confidence will grow. If you’re reading this, you woke up this morning and you have another day to fight. Motherhood is one of the hardest jobs on this planet, but guess what, you’re doing it and you’re already fighting, even if you only have 70% to give, you got up and gave everything you had. Day by day it gets better and you’re eating the punches up because you continue to put one foot in front of the other.

God wants you to make time for Him in the midst of your tiredness whether that’s prayer, worship, or reading about his goodness. Make time with Him for encouragement and reassurance. For extra work in this season, seek therapy, communicate vividly what you need from your village so you can take a true break, reach out to other moms to build a group that can relate to your situation and serve as an outlet, etc. At the end of the day, take care of you 🤍
