## Caption

Yoga and puppies 🐶. This may be the best combination ever to exist.

This was such a fun experience. Especially since I’m not much of a yoga person, but this was so soothing to the mind, body and soul that it really made me feel relaxed and at ease, and at the end of this whole experience, there were cute puppies to play with and enjoy.

lizziefoster__ is an amazing instructor 👩‍🏫
