Tribe = Strength, Unity and Hope. Another strange week in KC with masks coming back and COVID up again, but we came together and found peace. Taking quiet time for meditation, reflection and looking inwards is so important. More now than ever before. It is so hard to quiet the mind - even more so in a group. But we sure did it and we released. It was magical.

We relaxed, opened up, released and we cried (a lot) - vulnerability is a GOOD thing and we forget how. Thank you to the AMAZING alexlos9 of villalobosvitality for the sacred Cacao Ceremony for Team aNu. Stay unified and spread love - it is really needed in this chaos. Some words that came up during our meditations:

#compassion #love #connectedness #repair #forgive #grateful #belonging #confidence #humble 💙🤍💚 #anu #anuyou #teamanu #meditation #cacaoceremony #peace #tranquility #tribe #unity #peace
