So, as I turn 42 today, I think of all of my many blessings. It’s unreal. My life is so full. I have EVERYTHING a girl could ever ask for.

I’ve been struggling with my health again this year (likely due to stress and toxins - although good stress!) so I’ve been focusing on my spiritual journey in 2021 - along with reviving my health, of course. I work 24/7 literally as I even work in my sleep as I cannot stop my brain from overdrive, so I am extremely fortunate that I absolutely love what I do and hope I get to take care of people the rest of my life. They fill me up so much and are part of my path and my heart. The people in my life make me who I am. I take a little piece of them all with me 🤍wherever I go.

In my spiritual journey to fill my heart back up after 2020, I decided to incorporate it into my travels and experience new things that are deeply spiritual. I have done a traditional Mayan Temazcal ceremony with a Mayan Shaman, been to the Coba ruins, swam in the sacred Cenotes, traveled to Hana to the 7 sacred pools, rode in a helicopter to Molokai waterfalls that are untouched for over 1.5 million years, had a lot of Reiki and guidance, gone to the lava fields to stargaze, prayed at the top of mountains/volcanoes and near oceans. I also have tried to meditate and pray more and journal.

I was sick in bed all of last week and almost cancelled my trip to Hawaii this week with my family, but decided to come and be ill here and fill my cup with family love, nature, beauty and spirit. I am so glad I did even though I’m nowhere close to 100%. The beauty that has surrounded me on this trip is unreal. Maybe because I’m looking at it differently. Who knows?!

Here in Hawaii, being a warrior is ‘Mana’ - the spiritual life force energy or healing power - it is the cultivation of energy and power and is an intentional force. On the helicopter ride yesterday through the most amazing beauty on Earth, is was perfectly evident what we can do and what God has done. Be well family, friends, patients and others 🤍
