WHAT IS A CHEMICAL PEEL? 

A chemical peel involves resurfacing the skin to reveal smoother, brighter, blemish-free skin. It requires the use of a chemical that is applied to the skin so that the top layers peel off.

AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR A CHEMICAL PEEL?

If you have any of these skin concerns, you can benefit from a Chemical Peel. 

-Dull skin
-Fine lines and wrinkles caused by sun damage and aging

-Age spots, freckles, and melasma
-Uneven tone and texture. 

Typically a package of 3 Chemical Peels is recommended in 4-6 week intervals. 

If you have a current infection, broken or cut skin, a sunburn, or if you have taken Accutane in the last six months, you would not be a candidate. 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SKIN AFTER MY CHEMICAL PEEL?

Wait approximately 24 hours to wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Cold or warm water is best. Use your fingertips and do not rub, itch, or try to peel your skin. You will notice dry, flaking, peeling skin around Day 3. 

HOW LONG DOES A CHEMICAL PEEL TAKE AND CAN I RETURN TO WORK?

Return to work or Zoom Calls immediately after! 

During your treatment you may experience slight redness and stinging or burning sensation. This will go away with a cooling fan. 

After a chemical peel, skin is temporarily more sensitive to the sun, so wear sunscreen and a hat!! 

Peeling usually involves redness followed by scaling that ends within three to seven days. 

Add Botox immediately after for enhanced results!!
