I hope your Saturday is this disco! It has been a very hard week personally with illness for myself and my whole house and a unexpected death in my close family and a cancer diagnosis for another close family member. During these times, we need to fill our cup of healing and happiness so we can give to those who need to drink from it. Healers give so much and we love what we do and sometimes we are unable to heal all of those around us but we sure try our best. It is heartbreaking when we cannot heal all, especially our family. Today, I will fill up and let others drink from my cup when they need it. Health is a gift we all take for granted when we have it. Fill your wellness and caregiver cup with me today and recharge for when we are called to heal and love. It is a gift we all can give. We are all caregivers. We are all healers. We are all full of love to give. Be well. #fillyourcup #healers #caregivers #anuyou #wellness #health #love #recharge
