Empathy. It makes us better doctors and caregivers. I’ve been a patient my entire life and I always try to look on the bright side of my diseases and have decided this was to remind me that we all suffer in our own ways and cannot always overcome it despite our best efforts. To remind me not to jump to conclusions and always listen and think outside the box for my patients that suffer. On a positive note, I think I am finally coming out of status migrainosis on day 12. Still have tension, headache, brain fog and nausea but much better.
