We learned so much during last week's Dirac Lectures!

Our lineup of expert speakers included Henriette Elvang (@uofmichigan), Gerald Gabrielse (@northwesternu) and Shinsei Ryu (@princeton).

The 2026 Dirac Lectures celebrated the 100th anniversary of Paul Dirac's doctoral dissertation, titled “Quantum Mechanics.” Dirac, who co-founded the quantum mechanics field and predicted the existence of antimatter, won the 1933 Nobel Prize in Physics and served as a professor in @fsuphysics.

#FSUFunFact: The Dirac Science Library on @floridastateuniversity's campus is dedicated to Dirac and features a statue of his likeness near the front entrance.
