York Knights have signed, Xavier Va’a until the end of 2027, thanks to support from Squad Builder!

The 22 year-old scored on his NRL debut for the Roosters in 2025, in the win over Cronulla Sharks. He holds 44 appearances in the New South Wales Cup, and has captained Queensland in the U19’s State of Origin.

🗣️ Head Coach, Mark Applegarth said: “He comes highly recommended.

“The sort of player we were after, but more importantly he seems the kind of player who will fit the culture we have at York.”
