## Caption

🌊 The York RLFC Knights & Valkyrie crests are heading 3,000 miles across the Atlantic!

One of our White Rose Club members, Richard Larking, is taking on the World’s Toughest Row - rowing from La Gomera to Antigua.

When they say the 'toughest row'... They mean it.

When one of our own takes on something extraordinary, the whole York RLFC community stands behind them and we're honoured to be along for the ride.

Best of luck to team greens2blue! 💛🖤
