As part of Mental Health Week (12-18th), we’re collaborating with the York-based charity to highlight the support that’s available if you or someone you know is struggling.

This Sunday’s game against hunsletrlfcofficial is our “Mental Health Awareness Day,” and the great people from Menfulness will be in the fanzone with info and support.

We’re also celebrating our partnership with Humber and North Yorkshire UNITED – a NHS initiative dedicated to tackling mental health stigma head-on and creating a supportive community.

🔔 𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙄𝙉𝘿𝙀𝙍: The Knights KO is 4pm - so get here early for 20% off drinks 1:30pm to 2:30pm and catch the yorkrlfcvalkyrie semi-final on screens!
