7 years in recovery today 🫶🏻

Woah, where do I even start. 7 years ago I found myself on the streets of Boston, MA in the dead of winter… broken, hopeless, homeless. I didn’t have the will to live, and I had burned every bridge in my life. I had felt I got to the point of no return.. multiple attempts on my life. Multiple attempts at sobriety… I simply didn’t believe I would ever get out of the grave that I dug. 🪏

Community is everything, and community is ultimately what saved my life. @_bri_isabelle to start, my oldest and bestfriend, took a chance and helped me. She took me in when nobody wanted anything to do with me and single-handedly saved my life. Then I got to the unbelievable crew @foxholerecovery where the real work began. Joseph “Woody” Hayward played some very tough love and got me on the path to long term recovery, if you haven’t seen his episode on @fallingoffthefloor you should!

The community that I have built all around the world through my travels and skiing… you keep me whole and thank you for the wonderful times shared.

My family… thanks for never giving up on me and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel that nobody else could see. I love you guys.

My following and supporters of the podcast… I simply cannot thank you all enough for listening, understanding, supporting, and helping to create change. I love every last one of you ❤️

And to myself… you got this dude. Keep on the road to recovery and remember to love you too!

And to all my sponsors that have kept this dream alive. Thank you for sticking with me. Thanks for making these dreams possible ❤️ @insta360snow @ikonpass @zealoptics @majesty_skis @majestyskisamerica @scarpana @skidahuworldwide @nivisgear @poseidonbike @flaxta @blackstrap
