Practice until you can’t get it wrong.

Mega wispy fans are so unique & different from the traditional Russian Volume fans. The wider, the better. Using only 0.03mm lashes allows you to grab more lashes than 0.05mm and 0.07mm lashes in each fan. Pinching method works best for wispy fans, but flower bouquet and shimmy works well too.
